Hi,

Loosing 15kg takes some time. You need to maintain strict diet for 6 weeks to see results . So maintain a diet of 2000 calories everyday and include walking/jogging early morning for 30-40min . Don't miss break fast and try to control oily food. Have a high protien,low carb diet. try to eat 4-5 times a day with less quantity ,it increase metabolism and it helps in Burt fat much faster.Good luck . Hey Nikki,

Loosing 10kg in one is bit hard bt if you maintain strict diet and workout 1-2 hours a day up u can reach close to your goal. Maintain a diet plan which you need to include high protein like (egg Whites).

Dont miss a breakfast .have oats with low fat milk + a banana. you can also have 3 egg whites with it if your are a non veg.It keeps your stomach full and it digest slowly.

Try to eat 4-5 times a day and avoid white rice. And Include boiled veggie (beens , cauliflower).

Avoid oil foods, junk food and even white breads. eat fruits like orange, apple.

Drink green tea 4 times a day and drink lot of water which keeps you hydrated.

Workout everyday 1-2 hours and maintain this strict diet. you can achieve your gold. If you need any more information feel free to ask good luck.

hi mahi,

Loosing 15kg in 30days its not a easy task but if you maintain a strict diet and workout 1-2 hours everyday you can get close to your goal.

First you need to avoid oily and junk foods . try to avoid eating white rice and breads etc.

Dont miss breakfast and try to eat 4-5 times a day with less quantity.In every meal try to include veggies and protein like egg whites.

your diet should contain only egg whites, oats,fruits (banana,apply, orange and poppa ya),avoid potatos and eating too much salts .

Try to have a omega-3 fish oil and green tea. You can have fish oil 2 times a day with a meal or before bed.And drink green tea 4 times a day so this will helps you in burning fat much faster .

Try to finish your dinner before 1hour before going to bed and drink 3-4 ltr of water everyday.

If your doing to gym take suggestions with your coach regarding workouts or if your not going to gym , walk or jog 1-2 hours morning and evening. If you follow this you can reach your goal,Hope it helps you in you weight loss.

Hi, I am 26yrs, having a 2.5yr old son, had a C-section Delivery. I was slim only for the 1st 6 months, because I was Breast-Feeding and tired, but after I stopped I put on weight very faster.I am 84 now and have a very huge sagging Tummy and lower back with heavy thighs, Plz tell me if I can really lose weight now. It really looks awkward and ashamed to go out with my husband. I am desperate to lose within 3 months. Please suggest

Hi ,

I have read your message and I would suggest you few things help . u to loss weight .

First you need to fix a goal ( like how much weight you want to reduce).Then follow a diet, I know taking care of your child and following your diet it hard but if you have will you can achieve your goal.

Start you day with a glass of hot water ,u can also add half lemon too. Then don't miss your break fast .have a bread or a cup oats and a glass of green tea.

Try to drink 4-5 glass of green tea everyday. Eat 4-5 times a day with less amount .

Eat 2 chappthi + cup of white rice for lunch.

Evening have a green eat and fruit salad

Night 3 chappathi and a green tea you can eat egg white .

Drink 3-4 ltrs of water everyday ..

Avoid oily foods , white rice and breads.

Eat orange ,apple,strawberry.

If you walk 1 hour morning and evening ,you can achieve your goal.
