I hate myself when I see in the mirror. I am gain 6 kg weight in 3 months I just hate this. Suggest me some weight loss exercise or diet chart. I want to be like before me.

I'm sorry you're not feeling confident about your appearance.

You are a lovable person just the way you are. You are good enough just the way you are. Maybe start telling yourself that when you look in the mirror. I'm for you!

As for workouts, I think you could probably look on YouTube for 'HIIT workouts for beginners'. Try that for 4-5 days a week. Also Google 'what are simple carbs?' learn what those are and try to avoid them. Try to have one meal a day that has at least 30 grams of protein in it.

There's a lot more to be said but if you stick to those initial principles you'll see a difference with time.

Things won't change immediately, but stick with it and you'll see results.
