At first u need to specify what kind of fitness are you talking about .. however if you are not interested in heavy weight training then go for functional training it’s help u to give to good shape and will make u mentally strong ..

Hello Nitin9999,

Thank-you for your reply. I'm sorry it's taken so long for me to respond.

I want to develop as much muscular mass as I can, naturally. I'm currently deeply researching the various methods for achieving this.

Furthermore, I'm looking to involve myself in the disciplines of Olympic- and Power-Lifting, not just as ways to increase my strength but as ways to test myself against others.

I'm sceptical about the tag 'Functional Training' as it implies that other methods of training are somehow non-functional. The same goes for all other methods of training, that delineate themselves from each other. However, there are too many nuances to elucidate on here but it would make for a great discussion point.

Hi everyone, I am overweight and trying to lose my weight. I like to do work out in the morning, which includes cycling, running and swimming. Planning to follow diet plancellublue.com/fr/product/fi... for effective results suggested by my friend.

Hello Monajara1,

Thank-you for replying to me. I'm sorry for not responding to you sooner.

Are you including any strength work in your quest to lose your excess body-fat?
