After spending a while not eating well, eating too much chocolate and sugar, and starting to feel really sluggish, sore and down, it's long overdue to break the cycle, which is really hard!
Talking to a couple of people and googling 'nutritious meals' and browsing so many beautiful and colourful images really got me craving for what's good for me!
I think it might be just the motivation I needed and I plan to start with some Kiwi and Lime smoothies (as a lunch time meal replacement) until I can get back to a more balanced and healthy way of eating.
Maybe browsing images of nutritious and colourful food might be what works for you too!
