I’m so frustrated with the lack of progress I am seeing. Feeling really disheartened about my weight loss journey at the moment. I’ve tried keto. Intermittent fasting. Calorie deficit. I’ve had a PT I’ve been to the gym I use an online programme and I just seem to always sit at the same weight. I feel like I’m not good enough. Like my husband deserves more. That I deserve more but I’m stuck.
I know I just have to persist but yeh needed to vent it out.
