There is a supplement that is recommended during pregnancy, to keep iron levels up, but easily digestible. -- it is iron in little water sachets. You just tip it into a glass of water, or orange juice. Your local pharmacist will be able to recommend to you. I hope you're feeling stronger soon
If you have anemia, chances are you'll need to boost your levels with a supplement or prescribed tablets. Definitely worth also doing some research online for suitable foods as suggested. My iron levels often dip but it's seemed better since I started taking high strength iron and vitamin tablets last year.
