Good morning! It’s a snowy one here where I am so just going to go for a long walk today to get my steps instead of a jog 🌨☃️❄️
My calorie intake goal is 1360 my meal plan today is:
B: Fruit and fibre cereal
L: Chilli con carne and brown rice
D: Stir fry
Snacks: A banana, a Frusli bar and a Muller light yogurt
I’ve also started drinking a malted flavoured tea instead of my usual Earl grey. It smells like biscuits so it takes away the craving for real biscuits when you have a cuppa 😁

You are doing so well . My sugar craving at night is solved by sipping low cal hot chocolate . I have porridge made with water with full fat Greek yogurt and a small banana mainly but any fruit . Frozen berries are good standby. I am never hungry before lunch eating this
