Tension headaches

I know this is not weight loss related, but perhaps some of you knowledgeable members might have advice. For the last couple of months I am suffering terribly from tension headaches none stop. Just to put things into perspective, I'm in my 20s, drink only water, am getting 6-8 hours of sleep a night and following a healthy eating plan. If you have any suggestions of how to ease them or provide any measure of relief, you're comments would be extremely appreciated.

Are you sure the headaches are caused by tension, Lay7777? You would be wise to seek advice from your GP to be absolutely sure.

Hiya Lay7777 Sorry to hear this. Definitely seek advice from your GP but my niece who is 25 was having a similar problem and it seems it was the way she was working from home on her laptop! She was sitting on the sofa pretty much all day with laptop and phone on her lap, which isn't great for your eyes or your body esp your neck causing her tension headache. We are all working differently at moment but really to important to think about our eyes and bodies and sit at a desk if possible or at least at a table with good supporting chair and get up and move around regularly. Every 20 mins if poss. Hope this helps and if it doesn't I hope you feel better soon. Kind regards Lu
