Wiegh 10st. Have a number of auto immune things.even thou my height and weight calculator ok.
I don't feel ok.normal happy around 9st. Have none of the frumpy feeling

What sort of things do you eat ? Maybe just tweaking your diet and do you exercise ?
Iv tried to as much as possible. But think I need a good diet to follow
Try the free Myfitnesspal app as you can also scan barcodes and it will guide macros . It will put your calories as rather low but you don't need to use this any more than a guide . I found my favourite lazy tinned foods had a lot of salt / sugar so I just had half a tin with something else . This worked as a get started guide for me and helped as I had to key in everything I ate . I stuck to this just for a month as it can overtake your life . By then I had a few days of allowed recipes which were great as a kick start. I didn't minus calories that I used as exercise .
