Yes, I think there is. You can eat well and a good range of filling and tasty foods and lose weight. Avoid processed stuff and high sugar stuff and eat real food. But only if and when when you're ready to make the change.

There are plenty of ways to lose weight without having any real problems but not without making some changes to the ways we eat and/or exercise. And face it some of us are just naturally grumpy so any little change can set us off. Are you having any particular problems?
It can be tricky in those cases where food is used to pacify emotions... don’t know if that’s the case for you.
This made me smile. I think that long term lifestyle changes and the right combination of eating and exersize is very likely to be a mood booster! I don't count carbs or calories, just eat healthy foods and restrict the bad ones 🙂
Just think how happy you will feel after losing weight that's the way I'd look at it.Gary
