Really want to lose weight

New on site I was hoping to find some form of loosing weight advice .really need to get myself sorted and stop messing about

Hi 4020 and welcome to this amazing forum. I suggest you spend some time clicking about to find your way around. It's easier if you have a lap-top as there are several threads. If you’re using another device I strongly suggest that you use the web page as opposed to the app at least until you know your way around.

You're welcome. As already mentioned the best thing you can do is follow all the links you've been sent. So that you find your way around the forum.I suggest you use the website as opposed to the App until you know your way around.
