This is from a Harvard Health paper

If you are trying to lose weight, adding apple cider vinegar to your diet probably won’t do the trick. Of course, you’d never suspect that was the case by the way it’s been trending on Google health searches. But the popularity of diets frequently has little to do with actual evidence. If you read about a new diet (or other remedy) that sounds too good to be true, a healthy dose of skepticism is usually in order.

I have no personal experience but if it worked, I think many people here would be reporting the results :)

I did have that feeling it wouldn’t. I’ve actually lost the weight I want to lose was 12.6 kg at 20 April now a very happy and slim weight of 84 kg just wanna maintain which I’m doing with sensible eating and daily exercise. Hope all is going well for you. Saying that have been taking them and do find I’ve more energy in the mornings.

I was going to say, you are obviously doing something right to have a maintainers badge :)

If you feel they are giving you more energy then there is no harm in taking them, even if its just a placebo affect :)

My feeling on pretty much all supplements and tablets (except Vitamin D in winter) is that the only thing they make lose weight is your wallet. 🤪

The effects include may a 30% increase in insulin sensitivity and a Japanese study that showed a not-to-be-sniffed-at 2kg loss over 12 weeks.

These are small changes, that you might not be able to detect yourself, but it's a tasty natural food, so why not include a table spoon twice a day, in a dressing or added to a dish? It's not only ACV, but any fruit vinegar, including red and white wine vinegars and balsamic.

Don't buy the capsules! I just looked at the H&B version and it contains 1,000mg of ACV, which is 1ml! You would need to swallow 30 every day to get the 30ml that was found to have a measurable benefit. They seem to be a con!
