This one is a million dollar question, right? 😊 there are different approaches and different ideas. I think one thing that is most in common as an advise - to avoid processed foods. Other things depend a lot on your health situation, on your preferences, as well as the things that could work best for you.

This leaflet is often quoted and in my view is more effective that the methods quoted by many 'weight-loss clubs'.

Make sure portions are correctly recommended. So easy to be accidentally having more than the recommended serving

Don’t eat anything in secret

Don’t buy anything you find yourself lying to check out ladies about (it’s for my grandchildren etc)

Don’t buy diet /calorie counter anything

Eat Greek yoghurt

Eat beef

Eat loads of above ground vegetables

Hi Diane

For the past 3 years i have been making a conscious effort to eat more slowly, chew more, eat from a smaller plate and use smaller cutlery as much as possible. I eat all foods (except dairy as i'm intolerant) just smaller portions. Hope this helps.

I have had Albran blackberry skin l let milk. And 1 brown toast. Orange and tea when you wright it down. Sounds lot

It doesn't sound a lot, in terms of keeping you full for a good 4-5 hours, but it does sound a lot of sugar
