What would help to feel better? A relaxing bath? A chat with a friend? A walk in the park? It’s not all about the number on the scales. So often we almost stop living because we ‘feel fat’ and a big part of it’s sooo subjective...

Muscles weigh more so even if you've been good the weighing will get you down. Why not just measure yourself and check any inch loss? 😉
