Hello and welcome Pols

I’m not sure if we can help you at all, this is a peer to peer support group for weight loss. Have you seen your GP or a qualified professional?

I am healthy eating and trying to lose weight also but I want to do some weights and just wondered if anyone on here has the same problem and has some exercise advice. If not no worries

You’re welcome 😊. And it’s definitely worth seeing a physio, you can self refer via the NHS website

I think it is a specialist job for a physio referral from your GP. ... not any "Personal Trainer" who might not know as much as they might think.

I damaged some ligaments in my arm after a motorcycle accident. My GP advised specific stretches after it had the chance to heal. You need to have a face to face conversation with a physio who can tailor specific exercises to your injury. Less than that can cause you lifelong problems. We do want to help, but there are times when the experts need to step in. We will happily support you in other aspects of your journey of you need us so please feel free to stick around. Your most welcome here.
