My weight today.

Don't know if I'm posting this in right place but here goes.

Start weight 14.st 7.5 lbs

Last week weight 10st 8.5 lbs

Today's weight 10.st 7.5 lbs.

Pleased with this although I have been struggling for last 6mnths just to lose 5lbs but seem to be moving on now, hope I can keep it up. My pattern is lose 1 week then put on next week!

I found changing recipes...different food for winter..moved me on in weight loss.
