Well ... I tried the bod its a load of rubbish I think I have put weight on!! Rather than losing it,,Do not buy it !!

I'm currently weighing 11 st 7 !!! And I'm only 5'2 my b.m.i is 29 !!! Can't believe how fast its crept up on me ,I changed my diet,alcohol,water intake and nothing ... Not a lb iv been on salads now for nearly 2 weeks so I hope my next post is a better one.one love ,,, Namaste

Hello Littlesheilacox , how about joining in the events and challenges that could be really supportive to you. I see you paid one visit to the Monday weigh-in. I do hope you'll become a regular member of that team, to give and receive support with other forum members on the same journey. You just read and comment on the other posts, then add your own weight and any goals and plans.
