Hi, I’m a newbie so wonder if anyone can help me work out how many calories I should consume to lose approx 2lb a week please?
I have been on on the NHS BMI calculator and I have a BMI of 24.6 which is borderline healthy. I weigh 10st 8lbs and am 5ft 4in.
I absolutely hate exercising but I do walk and approx 8,000 steps a day.
