Hi everyone, I've been meds free for anxiety after 12 years since September, time now to lose 3stone and get healthy,looking forward to sharing the highs and lows of my journey with you all, I haven't visited the site for many months but now feel ready to embrace a new chapter in 2018, a happy, healthy, determined 2018 to everyone, hope it's ok to return
