Sorry I'm slightly confused by this site is it British NHS plan or a mixture of people following all different diets?

A good mixture of varies diets. Some calorie count some don't.

It is the British NHS but we have members from all over the world on the forum. The members are also following different plans but the plan that is linked with the NHS is the 12 week plan.

Just shows that one size does not fit all. It's just a matter of finding the right way for you, even if it's a bit taken from many plans.
