Day 8 I have lost 3 pounds so pleased with my self I find it hard Saturday an Sunday I'm a nibble my down fall is fruit an nut chocolate. Only had one bar in 8 days that good for me

Wow, Jackie, that's a great weight loss! Well done you! :)

I think most people struggle more at the weekends, a combination of less routine, more free time and an opportunity for social eating and drinking :)

Have you considered freezing a bar of chocolate and having a square a day, just so that you don't feel deprived? Only do that if you have an off switch though, or it could turn into a chocolate fest! ;)

You've just lost 3lb after one bar in every 8 days. If you can keep to that then enjoy a bit of what you like now and then.

Plantas fassios I think I spelling it right heal pain I had a injection 3 weeks ago but still pain full so it's limited my walking

I think you mean Plantar Fasciitis, Jacky :)

My advice to you, would be to Google exercises for Plantar Fasciitis, as I found them to be the most useful for getting rid of mine. You could also look into wear an insert too.

I got inserts didn't help, doing exercises too frozen bottle under foot is best cools my heal down, an tride foot brase toogot old tights an using them to bring my foot forward helps a bit
