As I said on the weigh in thread on my first weigh in I have lost 4 lb so down to 13:06 and 1.5 inches from my waist so I am amazed and very happy.

I hadn't set my mini goals ( my main is to get to 10:10) but getting to 13:07 was going to be my first.

Now I am setting my first to get into the 12's

It really makes you see that it is all worthwhile and it will help me through those hungry moments.
