Have really enjoyed following the plan during my first week. I've had the odd 'naughty' thing but counted it properly well within my calorie allowance

So the results for my first week at weigh in this morning are...

A loss of 4.25lbs

Needless to say I am delighted!!!

Thank you everyone for your invaluable encouragement along the way, but most of all thanks to Sportygirl75 for pointing me in this direction in the first place

Let week 2 commence!
