I want to lose at least 3 stone - my weight keeps creeping up and up, and I'm sick of buying bigger and bigger clothes. I am 5'9" and about 13 and a half stone. When I was in my late teens /early twenties I was only about 9 stone! I suppose now I am eating a lot more and moving a lot less and that's what it boils down to. No excuses!
I don't look particularly fat as I'm tall but I feel heavy. I've decided to cut out alcohol altogether as those are calories I certainly don't need. So far have gone 7 days without drinking so that's good and am sure it will help.
I have a holiday coming up in October so that will be a good motivator; I'm trying to visualise myself in nice dresses. I don't expect I will lose 3 stone by end October ( no chance!), maybe I can get part way there and keep it going !
