Well I said I would have a go at this running!

Run 1 wasn't so bad, easier than I thought it would be, so had a go at the stretch and flex exercises yesterday. Again not so bad.

But today oh my gosh, could only do about half run 2, think maybe I over did the stretching lol!!

Will have another go tomorrow, this is not going to beat me!

I started last week and really struggled on the first C25K session but felt a bit better on the second and third. My jogging is very slow and steady and this is helping me as I went too quickly on the 1st run and felt terrible afterwards!

Good luck for the next session.

Well done Snowyowl! That's brilliant news! I'm sure that gareth0073 will be delighted to know that you're onboard with us too! :)

A new thread is posted 3 times a week and it doesn't matter that we're all at different stages, only that we can support each other. Look in the pinned posts section, to the right of your screen. Here's a link to the latest, so far :)

Don't worry if you have to repeat a stage, it's not a race, it's all about enjoying yourself! :)

Good luck with your next run and welcome aboard runner! :)

Yes that's it I ll just let it settle down then try again I think it's knowing how much to do do without causing damage and pain really. I don't mean the running just my knee and back afterwards they may just have to shoot me!! Thanks for your support
