What is MFP that people keep talking about. I'm new on here and not sure.

My fitness pal- free site to record calorie intake. Measurements and exercise. You can use as much or as little of the site as you wish. I go through spells of recording calories and exercise. But find most useful to track weight, bmi and vital statistics - you can look at progress up to a year at a time.
