Is it possible to keep ones bmi and weight recorded anywhere on this site, I have done my bmi now .

Hi Timetoact16,

I don't think you can record it within this actual site, but you could use an app to help you keep a record - I use Myfitnesspal which is useful.  There are lots of other similar kind of apps available, but I use that one as it's free and easy to use.

Hi - no you can access Myfitnesspal via the internet and therefore via a computer.  You don't need a smartphone to do it.

There is also the Monday weigh in, you just post your weight and any changes 😊 Look out for it tomorrow 😊

Hi after reading a few blogs etc today i rechecked my BMI, something i haven't done in ages....

I have a healthy BMI :-)

Just realised that the 70.8 kg that I weighed Monday morning brought me into my healthy BMI range....
