Getting head around eating more

I have for years just had my breakfast (homemade museli) and then nothing till tea time due to being so busy.

Now I'am going to the gym burning around 500+ calories, eating breakfast, having like today scrambled egg and smoke salmon, an apple then tea. But still being told it is not enough. I can not eat anymore.

Hi Gottodothis,

Who is saying you must eat more? Could you have something light at lunch time, perhaps take the homemade museli to work or other location and make time to eat it?

My friend goes to the gym and her son is a personal trainer both have told me I have to eat more, make time for lunch (which I often skip). So now I make my own museli, have salmon scrambled eggs or cream cheese/cottage cheese on crackers for lunch, apple mid afternoon and tea is more veg. Cut the carbs unless natural type. It the eat/count protein no it should be calories. Which is it? Thanks

Hi,

How much you eat will depend on various factors i.e. height, weight, physical activity level. Also the types of foods you're eating is important too.
