Hi small talk. Good for you for making the decision! As it's bank holiday there are fewer people responding. This is the most supportive of forums so post lots and respond lots ...this way you get some wonderful inspiration and encouragement. Have you downloaded the 12 week NHS programme yet . That's a really good place to start. And good luck!

Welcome. As PP says download the 12 week plan and also try myfitnesspal which is a free app. It helps to log what you consume and doesn't just count calories but helps balance nutrition too. Easy to use. It even has a barcode scanner so you can quickly input data.

Hi I've used the MFP app before and I'm back on it again yes it is really good app. I think I need to take a really good look at the 12 week plan I need to get it printed off. Exercise is something I need to get into I'm walking about most of the day but I know it's not enough. I think I need to get my exercise bike out and start from there😊
