The specific calorie counting is excellent. Just make sure you jot down every little amount and it should work. X

Hi and welcome to the group :-) Your weight loss goal is absolutely achievable so don't tell yourself otherwise. I have been on the NHS 12 week plan for 4 weeks and lost a stone simply by keeping an eye on calories, cutting out junk, increasing the amount of no/low cal veg that I am eating and being a bit more active. I started the 5:2 diet last week and that seems to work well. If you think that you will find it hard then start with the changes that you know you can easily make and then add to that as you see some results. Good luck with it. Keep reading the posts as you will pick up lots of good tips along the way :-)
