Great job! I hope I can lose that much. What have you been doing? Calorie counting or something else?

Thank you. Its been hard work thats for sure. Ive been calorie counting with the myfitnesspal app, I eat between 1200-1400 cals per day. Snacking was my biggest problem and not eating breakfast now I eat at least a yoghurt for breakfast, and have healthy snacks, clementines are 35 cals and are really nice and juicy and ideal to pick at while at work.

Exercising while working full time is difficult but ive been working hard, tonight I did step ups with shadow boxing so step up, three punches, step down, step up, 3 punches and continued for 25 mins solid, at over 250lbs not easy lol. I also have weights that I use while watching tv to help tone my arms.

Im even having a treat tonight of a chocolate eclair as I have enough my calories :-)

Hope your weight loss journey is going well?
