Rakusens Crackers

I am not Jewish but I really love these & at only 18 calls each and only 1% fat. These are lovely with low fat cottage cheese sprinkled with chives or very low cal cheese spread. They look a lot too as they are very large.

Hi Lockwoi,

It's worth having a good read of some of the packs on the biscuits / crackers shelves these days. Some manufacturers have responded to demands for a wee nibble that isn't packed with caloried.

On that I like - Lotus Biscoff - they're 38 kcal a biscuit (so I am told) but are quite nice with a cup of tea or coffee. Oh and there's those Milton crackers too - can't remember the figure exactly but they're pretty low.

So the old addage of reading the label can be a good way to find new 'better' alternatives to things you are currently eating.
