As a Mother of 4 under 5's (although they're all teens now) I'd say don't beat yourself up about being supermun/ skinnymum. It has taken me years (12+) to get back to 'normal', actually for nearly 11yrs overweight was 'normal'. I used my fitness pal to log what I ate & started running ( having no family within 200miles, had to wait til they could be left) Good Luck xx

Hi,

My third baby is also 8 weeks old, I've got over 4 stone I want to lose & can't help but see it as an impossible task. I've downloaded the 12 week nhs weight loss plan & am using the meal mixer to make healthy meals for the family-it all starts tomorrow! Feeling nervous that its got to happen this time, I'm so embarrassed of my body :-(

Forgive me if I come across rude but I'm fed up of seeing all the post about similar products on Facebook with before and after picture, most are scams . Would rather lose weight the healthy way.
