I am wondering if the
vitamins
I take are bogus. Can I ask for recommendations of good brands? I've got a blood test next week and as well as the TSH, they will test for
vitamins
and thyroid antibodies.

B Vitamins and the Brain: Mechanisms, Dose and Efficacy
Previous research has focused on three B
vitamins
(folate, vitamin B12, and vitamin B6) and their relationship to brain function, but the effects of other B
vitamins
have been largely ignored. The evidence on the effectiveness of supplementing with these three
vitamins
alone is inconclusive.

Super vitamins
I cannot believe it, I have just come across a super new vitamin pill costing between 149 pounds sterling up to over seven hundred pounds for 180 days supply. Its main asset is that it is contained in rather an attractive copper pill box. The pill has turmeric, vitamin D, vitamin K etc etc and presumably

Hello, my adult son has cognitive/short term memory difficulties following a TBI. He takes omega 3, B12, vitamin D and magnesium supplements and it's difficult to know if they are helping or not. advice please- protein shakes
I know we shouldnāt take other tablets or
vitamins
close to thyroxine, but is a meal replacement shake made from pea protein okay to drink an hour after thyroxine? is that different to
vitamins
as itās food? Also, do we really have to avoid soya?
