Vitamin E
Hi - I've read in "it starts with the egg" about taking 600mg of
Vitamin
E
in preparation for FET. I'm finding it difficult to source this amount. Has anyone taken more or less? Looks like 1000iu translates to around 600-ish but feels like a big amount.

Intravenous Iron, oxidative stress and vitamin E and selenium
I thought this article was interesting as it states that
vitamin
E
and selenium are powerful antioxidants that can somewhat mitigate this problem. I would not suggest synthetic
vitamin
E
.

.,000 My 1st ND referred me to an ND who treats cancer patients who IMMEDIATELY implemented an EGCG and
Vitamin
E
based protocol that erased my night sweats and weight loss in LESS THAN a month. Adding Low Dose Naltrexone to my protocol.

I was taking milk thistle every day along with
Vitamin

Sorbolene Lotion experience and my RLS
The cream is essentially just a moisturiser - says it has glycerine and
vitamin
E
in it. I was applying it to my lower legs (from the knees down) and feet every morning (not in the evening). I don't rub it it, just smear it on.

Don’t have
vitamin
E
test which might also be a clue to cause. Can be related to anemia which I have from both ET and Thalasemia which is a DNA caused iron deficiency. Would appreciate comments re topics I can research and pursue with hematologist at appointment next week.
