What’s the best contraception to use for those with PCOS.?

I have been taking the pill for 3/4 months. I have noticed I am feeling more anxious, worried etc over tiny things. I stopped taking the pill years ago and have been lucky to have had two babies. Now I’m back taking contraception but feel like I’m on edge and snappy all the time. What is good for balancing this hormone imbalance? The combination pill? A coil? Any similar experiences or advice greatly appreciated.

combination pill will control the symptoms better. Anxiety and depression are a symptom of pcos sadly, also is a symptom of menopause as well and can increase at that point in time (me currently), it is related to the drop in estrogen.
