Reducing my sugar intake. Of course everyone’s symptoms of pcos are different but mine comes with heightened insulin resistance and I found a link between that and my testosterone levels. I cut out sugar completely for 8 months (felt amazing... eventually!) and my testosterone levels came right down. Now my diet has naturally occurring sugars only.
