I've been feeling really funny recently, I took a test on Sunday and it came back negative but I'm now 6 days late for my period ( I'll admit its never on time) and I keep getting a sharp pain and feeling a bit sick. Am I over thinking this and hoping I'm pregnant?

Yes quite possibly but periods and pregnancy symptoms are very similar. Do you know if you ovulated ?
