Normal blood hormone levels except high LH level

Hi,

My doctor did a hormone blood test on me. All levels came back within normal range with just a high LH level (given my PCOS diagnosis hardly surprising more surprising the rest were in normal range) absent periods since March. Can anyone recommend anything to lower my LH level?

I've read about inositol, how long does it take to work?
