I have heard that metaphysical reason behind pcos is undermining and undervaluing feminine qualities. Is this true? If yes what should pcos patients do to change this thinking pattern?

I think there is no medical basis for this statement. Your hormones influence what you think heavily if that is what you mean and they are messed up in PCOS but no, changing your thinking pattern will not sort out a medical condition and it is a dangerous suggestion that it would as it puts the responsibility for the condition on the patient. Big big No from me!
