Did anyone's pcos improve after a baby. Did your hair grow back

My pcos did not improve unfortunately. I have even less periods. Still find it hard to lose weight. Also was having laser hair removal that was helping with excess hair and self esteem issues but it seems pregnancy hormones have re established the hair growth. Oh well. On the upside I have 2 amazing children.
