I was diagnosed with PCOS a year ago and not had a bleed in four years! Am due to get married in 7months I would not be complete as a wormy if I can’t provide my husband to be with children, am finding it so hard to loose the weight to keep the dignosis at bay but finding it so hard! Any tips and ticks. Could use!

Thanks

I’ve read really good reviews about inofolic which helps regulate periods and ovulation, just ordered some for myself hopefully it works. I haven’t had a period naturally for a very long time your not alone and I am also finding it hard to loose weight.

One, it's difficult, not impossible. Cut out all unneeded calories.

Two, women are amazing and complete regardless of their reproductive status. Please keep that in mind.

Is your question about weight loss or trying for children,.

Weight loss, the age old eat less and exercise more! This doesn't have to be going to gym times a week, get a fitbit (or use your phone) count steps, walk a little bit more you'd be surprised the difference it makes. Keep a food diary myfitness pal is good for that. Avoid Greggs!

Is there something you and hubby could do together, maybe try and run or walk at the local parkrun? Having small goals set, really helps.

Getting pregnant, it's not impossible. Depending on how much you weigh regardless of pcos, you want to be a healthy weight to give baby the best start in life.

Not having periods, when the time comes to try, speak to your doctor. There are lots of solutions out there depending on the situation, some could be are as simple as taking a pill, so don't get dishearted yet.

Good luck with the wedding

I've got PCOS, weigh 80kg, and have two kids. (Lost 5kg in the last few months).

Agree with pacificrebel, women are amazing regardless of reproductive status
