Me too. I paid out a fortune on laser treatment too which only allows for you to shave in between treatments and it came back and worse from the shaving x I hate that symptom x

Hi

I got a Nono for my unwanted hair it lasts for a few weeks on me. It’s expensive but it worth it, you can pay it in instalments. Hope this helps you xx

Epilator if you cannot afford laser, get a wet and dry one and do it in the shower as it is less painful. Laser is good but is not permanent, the averge for pcos ladies is 15 sessions and then you need to maintain it. I need another top up, been about 3 years since I last had a session. I still have to shave twice a week for the blond hair (especially when its summer) but it is the best thing I every did. Dont bother with IPL as not as strong as laser.

Exfoliate a few times a week to try and help with ingrowing hairs and moisturise too - I only have downy hair on my boobs and the odd dark one on my nipples so I just pluck those. I can imagine boobs is not pleasant !!

I use a veet sensitive precision beauty styler. My hair grows back pretty quickly and this is great because I can use it almost every day on places like my nipples and upper lip as well as eyebrows. I’ve had it a couple of years and couldn’t live without it

I’m in the same boat. I have PCOS and endometriosis and unwanted hair on my chin is horrendous. I wondered if anyone had tried any of the creams? Like stop Hair or vaniqa? I’ve tried laser and spent a fortune for it not to make any difference 😔 tia
