Hi this is Monica, I can relate to your depression and the isolation. I have Hirsutsm and I try not to go out in public if I don't have to. People can be cruel. The prospect of some one staring at me is enough to bring me to tears. So I avoid social situations. It's getting worse. I assm also really struggling.

I can totally relate to what you've said. 9 times out of 10 I feel absolutely rubbish about myself to the point I don't want to leave the house (as you said) and that makes me feel isolated. What are your mood swings like? Mine are ridiculous!! One minute I'm fine and the next I'm like a mad woman - sometimes for no reason!

I do understand how you feel. PCOS sucks!
