Are we not supposed to drink diet coke then? I've not heard that. But then PCOS info is a bit lacking..
Its because of all the chemicals in in can affect the symptoms apparently..
I personally wouldnt touch it as it is so full of chemicals, I have fizzy water and reduced sugar squash when I fancy something fizzy.
