I recently got an Instant Pot and have now been wondering how I survived without one for so long. The time reduction with cooking beans is just huge so it actually makes it viable to even cook dried chickpeas. You can even use unsoaked beans but soaked beans can take less than 15 mins (mostly under 10mins) which makes it way easier to get more beans on the menu!
