Now what a good day this has turned out to be, who said being a Vegan was boring hmm 'what do you eat'😂. I only got to the first recipe 'Chocolate coconut fudge bars' and I'm sold - yummy. I'm keeping these recipes in my folder.

Totally agree. How can we possibly just have one day when they are also telling us to cut down calories and all that nonsense?

Since going vegan the one thing I've not been able to give up is having chocolate every week. Just once a week. Calling it my guilty pleasure. Following the link has motivated me to give one of the recipes, the Fat Bombs, a go. I'll more than likely go for the peanut butter version to start.
