Here is what is in season for March.....which reminds me it’s so long since I’ve had watercress. Going to have to buy some although maybe it’s slightly early?πŸ™‚

Watercress contain Vitamin K and also contains small amounts of vitamin E, thiamine, riboflavin, vitamin B6, folate, pantothenic acid, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, sodium and copper.

Cabbage – Savoy and Spring Green

Cauliflower

Celeriac

Chicory

Jerusalem Artichoke

Kale

Kohlrabi

Potatoes (maincrop)
