Vegan Chickpea Curry

It's supposed to serve 3 but I've got two servings, I'll get more next time by adding veg. It tastes absolutely delicious and so incredibly easy to make.

I'm going to have veg on the side with a little quinoa.

Just finished the bowl, it was a lovely meal. Carrots, green beans and peas on the side. Yummy 😆

Very yummy, I never thought I would be eating soup over baked beans on toast, oh but I still do love baked beans on toast
