I inadvertently came across this today. Vegans have no problems finding protein but someone always asks, but where do you get your protein!

Very good post Ali. I eat a fair few raw almonds, they are in my breakfast every day. I love broccoli and have yet to try Hemp.

I’ve only recently started having hemp seeds and making hemp milk. The hemp seeds on their own sprinkled on top of salad etc are delicious.
